When reviewing the size chart, the bust measurement is for the top and the waist measurement is for the skirt. The skirt is stretchy.Both the skirt and top are fully lined. It is not padded in the bust. A concealed zipper up the back of the skirt secures it in place. The top does not have a zipper and is designed to be put on overhead. The top should fit loose and flowy. The skirt is designed to sit at your true waist and is stretchy. Please consider this when reviewing the measurements. The spaghetti straps are adjustable. The skirt is lined to the knee with sheer layers hanging asymmetrically down to the ankles.
